Crystal Digger

"Crystal Diggers are shy creatures the size of a human fist that live primarily in forests with firm, damp earth. This is due largely to the fact that Crystal Diggers are tunnelers who like to remain close to the crystal caverns that act as their best camouflage. When a predator draws near, a Crystal Digger remains still, blending into the rocks and geodes around it. They are prized by treasure hunters who believe they will lead the owner to gemstones."
